Package Postage

  • Packages are generally dispatched within 7-14 days after receipt of payment.
  • Packages are couriered via ARAMEX or equal Postage service to your door.
  • All packages will have a tracking number that will be emailed to you.

lifebelt Returns

  1. We will only accept lifebelts returned in original, unwashed, unused condition for refund.
  2. Lifebelts returned are subject to inspection by our Quality Control Department.  A refund will be issued only after the lifebelt has passed a complete quality control inspection at the full discretion of our Quality Control Department . If the lifebelt fails inspection, a refund will not be issued under any circumstances.

A lifebelt that is worn may not be returned due to health reasons. 

A lifebelt returned with any odour, stains, usage markings, or detergent odour will fail our quality control inspection and will not be refunded under any circumstances. Your safety is our priority.

A re-make fee will be charged for an Exchanged/Returned lifebelt.

Please measure carefully before ordering. 

The re-make fee is a charge of R600 for all lifebelts.

To receive a refund for a StealthBelt Active:

When you receive your order, try on your new lifebelt. If your lifebelt does not fit properly, do not continue to wear it. Return the lifebelt immediately in completely new, unworn condition.

  • Your Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund

  • Our receipt of your package is your acknowledgement that you will be charged for shipping fees.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for a return to be inspected, processed, and credited.

Exchange Procedure

Credit will be given for the miss-ordered lifebelt only after it has successfully passed a complete quality control inspection.  A lifebelt that fails this inspection will be rejected and a refund or credit will not be issued. 

    MODIFICATION POLICY

    If your lifebelt needs modification it must first pass our quality control inspection at the full discretion of our Quality Control Department. Additional customisation charges may apply. Modifications may be possible for some styles depending on design and request.   Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with you lifebelt. We will work to make your lifebelt functional for you. Our goal is to exceed your expectations.

    The Process: 

    Send your package with tracking to ensure your lifebelt is received.  You may contact us by EMAIL to let us know your package is being returned.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
